Personal achievements

In terms of my personal achievement for me it would be when I ran my first 5k when Coventry did the half marathon and also fitness in general. I would say I used to be quite unfit and I was really unhealthy. I set the 5k up as a goal I kept working towards it as I knew that I could do it. Now I at my fittest I have a heathy relationship with fitness and the gym. I would say this has taught me how to stick to a goal and knowing that you can get there. It also taught me discipline and motivation but understanding when you don’t have the motivation that the routine you set falls into place and you get back up. I now have healthy habits and routine Whilst still having time to see my friends and family. I feel like this shows I can bring in the discipline into this jobs and I would be on time but also always enthusiastic and ready to help customers whenever I can
