I helped young children and adults with complex disabilities to engage and bond with the horses and to make sure they mount and dismount correctly and safely some of the riders also needed a leader to go with them if they needed support on the back of the horse.
Summary
I have suffered with mental health. I have dealt with personal family difficulties and have helped and supported my family as much as possible, especially with my two brothers who both have complex difficulties.
