After COVID, I joined The Long Acre as bar staff, following COVID-19 rules. After 4 months, i had worked my way up to shift leader which left me in charge of my own shifts, making sure everything was running smooth and staff and customers were safe.


I was then promoted to Deputy manager within the year.

I completed various training courses and was left to hold the venue for 9 months.

In which time, I completed a 5* EHO visit, a gold cash and stock audit and a very high rated NSF visit.
