A qualified humanistic integrative counsellor and a lecturer at York St. John University. Experienced in working with a range of adults presenting with various issues including trauma, relationships, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I work relationally in a person-centered/experiential manner to work with clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals. My practice informs my teaching which is grounded in Humanistic philosophy. I teach on the BA and am the Course Lead for the PGDip in Humanistic Counselling. I have an interest in research and supervise both BA and MA dissertation students.
