  • Promoted to Retail Regional Sales Manager covering seven galleries and 21 members of staff across the midlands
  • Responsible for a £1m+ regional target, along with the growth of every gallery and individual
  • In charge of creating and delivering strategies with the gallery managers to set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals
  • Organising and conducting 121’s with each gallery manager and make sure they deliver the same for their teams alongside attending where necessary to assist with manager training
  • Oversee the day to day running of the galleries from attendance to team daily goals, operations, assisting my team with managing clients, including VIP’s who have spent large sums on artwork, delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising of the galleries, ensuring the marketing team deliver on time and to brief for events and campaigns
