• Assisted the store manager with disciplinary proceedings as a note-taker and I am familiar with carrying out disciplinary procedures.

• Carried out administrative duties to ensure confidential information was stored securely.

• Carried out relevant health and safety checks in store, ensuring fire exits were cleared and team members on shift were aware of correct fire safety procedures.

• Interviewed potential candidates and have experience ensuring all relevant documents such as right-to-work and work visas are all up to date.

• Organised and judged the area heat of Barista of the Year 2016 in my store. This involved hosting 10 baristas from stores across the area (Inverness, Aberdeen, Morayshire), and their supporters.

• I was responsible for introducing each barista, engaging the audience of 20-30, and judging the brand-standard coffees produced.
