- Lead a team of 8 subject matter experts respectively in charge of the imports of raw/white sugar through sea ports, inland transportation to final customers or warehouses in-house operators, warehousing monitoring, cargo insurance, planning and despatch of the clients' goods, call forwards, organisation or rail transports, trucks delivery, Quality assessment, dispute mitigation, compliance and KYC checks.

• Coordinated and overviewed the importation of 500 to 800,000 metric tons of white and raw sugar/year: Sea transport - Trains - Trucks intra-countries and C&F Russsia/Kazakhstan.
• Worked as the relationship account manager with the Russian banks (lines usage, collateral, renewals).

• Participate, accompany and support operational changes from Joint-venture French - Russian Entity to a full russian Subsidiary.
