Summary

I am a naturally caring and calm person, I love working in an environment where I’m able to help and care for others. I have worked in extreme circumstances where I have made a massive difference where people were trying to commit suicide and I was the person listening to them and sending the help needed or in other circumstances was the first person they spoke to after bereavement of loved ones. I have found that in my other job roles, although more subtle this level of care and consideration is still present helping people to feel better about themselves.

My role was to answer calls which varied from suicide attempts, giving CPR instructions over the line to colds, to help people in the most efficient and kind way possible. I progressed to be a coach to others where I would advise them on the correct action and sequence of help for the patients and to audit other members of staffs calls to regulate patient safety. I would also help to organise patient appointments.
