Job Description
* To make bookings in line with the daily capacity and demands of GM.
* Ensured the successful and efficient operation of our Supply Chain and Distribution Centres by refining and improving planning, bookings and support processes.
* Ensuring the effective engagement and influencing of trading colleagues and managing junior stakeholders.
* Manage Data Integrity and ad-hoc queries relating to receipting/stock level issues.
* Provide adhoc support to the GM Senior Planners with Event, Range Review and Plinth planning activity through such measures as maintaining the Container Priority Report (CPR), attending ad hoc trade meetings and supporting with Inbound Planning data.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure that bookings are made in line with SLAs.
* Run daily reports and issue to key stakeholders e.g. CPR health check (imports) and DOM (domestic) deliveries.
* Manage the timely completion of data integrity activities, E.g. PPCR forms, TUC queries.
* Liaise directly with DC, Supplier and Carriers, Clothing, Imports and Merchandising colleagues/teams to establish and reinforce best practice and minimise instances of non-compliance.
* Provide training for new colleagues and one-to-one support for existing colleagues as required.
* Work closely with the Senior Planners to manage the day-to-day administration of clerical tasks in line with inbound requirements.
* Liaise directly with DC, Supplier and Carriers and Buying colleagues/teams regarding incorrect pack sizes, TUC barcodes etc.
* Liaise with Merchandisers to resolve issues relating to receipting stock.
