
Throughout my career I have developed strong administrative and communication skills. During my time with the Scottish Government I gained significant experience in office administration, preparing official correspondence, maintaining records and spreadsheets and responding to enquiries both by telephone and in person. This role required a high level of accuracy, organisation and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
In my current role as Assistant Manager I am responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including managing reports, staff rotas, data entry and financial documentation. I work in a busy environment where strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential. I regularly communicate with colleagues and customers, ensuring a professional and supportive approach at all times.
I am reliable, organised and approachable individual who enjoys working as part of a team. I take pride in maintaining high standards of organisation and customer service and I am confident in dealing with a variety of enquiries in a calm and professional manner.
