I have 23 years years experience of working with children and Families from a range of backgrounds .During this time I have performed a number of roles. Developing many skills and abilities. I have and am successful in engaging Families to support the building of capacity and resilience. Leading to positive outcomes.


I feel my success lays in the experiences I have had in both my professional and personal life. I am highly empathic and able to remain calm in times of distress. I am sensitive to Families needs and equipped at managing strong emotions.


I believe I have a strong non-judgemental approach, active listening skills, effective conflict resolution skills and ability to get alongside Families and understand their perspective.


I am a reflective within both my professional and my personal life. I feel one is not possible without the other. I feel both are imperative to good practice. I am committed to the continuation of my professional development.
