I am a motivated, reliable and professional individual with hands on experience in revenue protection, customer service and public facing roles. I am skilled in compliance checks, conflict resolution and enforcing regulations with fairness and confidence. I have the ability to remain calm under pressure, i can handle challenging situations tactfully and i can communicate effectively with a diverse range of passengers. I am now seeking to bring my strong interpersonal skills and enforcement experience to a Revenue Protection Officer role within a reputable organisation.
In my role i have gained valuable experience in monitoring passenger compliance, checking tickets and being able to identify fare evasion. I engage with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner, often dealing with difficult or non-compliant passengers. I am TIPs trained. My Mental Health First Aider qualification is recognised here at TPE, i am also a railway safeguarding champion, i have been at planned and pop up MHFA events and i have even hosted my own events.
I have a good knowledge of technology and i can multitask. This role has gave me a solid foundation in enforcement procedures, customer service and the importance of maintaining integrity within the railway.
Within my time at Royal Mail i had my own round and my own van. I had a collections route also which i was responsible for not only delivering customers post and parcels but also responsible for emptying postboxes, businesses, colleges, schools and post offices all on time. I developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. My role required me to manage my time efficiently and provide a reliable service to the public.
Day to day i helped my customers solve any problems they had with any aspect of the delivery service.
This experience taught me the value of consistency, trust, accountability and punctuality.
