I transferred over to the online department in my store. I now shop for customers who use the online delivery service by using the technology system we have. It is fast paced and keeps me on my toes but I enjoy it.

I was replenishing stock for customers and doing code control for the fresh products that we offer. I was also able to help customers out whenever it was needed with a smile and remained professional at all times.

I have finished my last season working for TUI. I started off in the kids club but due to staffing I was needed more in the baby club. Just like previous years I was able to maintain good hygiene standards as we did a deep clean every week, I helped create a safe and welcoming environment for the babies and their families, had good knowledge of the resort if anyone had any questions and always had a smile on my face.

I worked in a Kids club for the season and worked with children ages 3-12 years. Some sessions were busier than others and I was able to prepare age appropriate activities for each age group. I helped to provide great holiday memories for families and gave service with a smile.

I worked as a baby club host for TUI in a 5 star resort. I have good knowledge on operating technology. For example a card machine to take payments. And helped to provide good customer service to our guest.

• I help children become more independent when performing daily tasks, such as toileting, feeding and dressing.
• I plan and lead small or large group activities for the children to enjoy and engage with throughout the day.
• I have attended some training courses to keep up to date on practices. For example, Food hygiene, COSHH, FGM, Prevent, Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
• I can communicate a child's development, progress and any concerns confidently to the parents at pickup time.
• I monitor children's learning and development by writing observations and understanding how well they are each developing within the EYFS.
• Also, at my time in college I did several work placements in a variety of childcare settings with children between the ages of 6 month-7 years old.
