Following my tenure as a Senior Administrative Manager, I transitioned to the role of Pest Control Operations Coordinator. In this capacity, I oversee daily operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services while adhering to safety, legal, and customer satisfaction standards. My responsibilities include close collaboration with contractors and clients and reporting to the CEO to ensure that day-to-day activities align with the company’s overall goals and strategy. For the past two years, I have overseen the contract for Plus Dane Housing, which accommodates over 80% of our business.
Additionally, I actively contribute to the core functions of the business by overseeing social media management, fostering networking opportunities, gathering and presenting data, and proposing innovative ideas for improvement and development. I also handle business communications and manage various smaller contracts, including those with Prima Housing and Alternative Futures.
