- The operator is responsible for inserting the elements of the tablet pressing machine, controlling the production process and cleaning the machine. Pressing is a long and complex process that requires extreme attention and precision.
- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
- Removal and cleaning of press components (press heads, press molds, turret, material transport pipe system, tablet cleaning system, extraction system)
- Deep cleaning of press heads, inspection, repair or replacement of any damage
- Inspection of the press lubricant level and pipe system
- Machine room cleaning
- LABORATORY
- Testing of the physical properties of the finished product in the laboratory during product production (including granulation and compression). This includes checking the water content of the granulate per batch, testing the compressed tablets for hardness, dispersibility, friability, weight and size.
