My general assistant duties entail, cash-handling, dealing with customer issues, job assignments, verifying stock, resolving staff issues and concerns, upkeep and maintenance of a clean and healthy environment.
My role of café assistant has allowed myself to become introduced to the general public in a working environment, which allows me to become helpful in stressful situations and provide the most help I can offer to someone with a query or concern. My duties as sales assistant massively improved my confidence with dealing with the general public.
