• Effective Coordination: Integration Team demands flexibility as always there would be several projects running in parallel. Effective planning and optimizing resource utilization to align with project and release schedules is a herculean task to handle.
• Negotiate with client and management to acquire necessary resources and budget based on Test Estimates and Schedule.
