Premier Inn is a large company chain of hotels which results in high demand of my job role, I work in two different hotels whilst maintaining high quality food standards i deliver fast paced professional service whilst meeting strict deadlines and transferring excellent customer service, ensuring food safety standards and regular cleanliness checks are carried out regularly and professionally each time. Transferring my skills from other job roles i am able to train other staff members successfully and have a role in different departments of the hotel such as Front Of House Bar Work and Customer enquiries on front desk, my customer service and work standards are closely monitored and receive approving feedback

I worked within JD Wetherspoon from the age of 16 due to my eagerness to enter a job as soon as possible. Due to my length of time there I was required to run shifts and lead the team as well as work within it among a variety of characters, to then being cross-trained to bar for busy periods. Key aspects of the role included extensive log-keeping alongside cooking consistently to demanding food times as well as ensuring cleanliness standards were to the highest degree. Working within multiple different locations displays my adaptability to different scenarios.
