Shift responsibility for the exchange and return department. Responsible for complaint decisions, customer handling, order flow, and the day-to-day operations of the department - including break relief and delegation of work tasks. Additional responsibility with ordering consumables for the department, screw ordering for self-picking of screws for customers, and weekly safety check of the department.

Employee both in the checkout line and in exchange and returns. Tasks include handling complaints, handling customer's orders, trailer and car rental, checkout management, and customer service.
