My current employment with Farmfoods has been a road of opportunity. I began with the company in January 2023, recruiting from retail assistants to class 1 HGV drivers.

Farmfoods is ever growing and I have been fortunate enough for the past year to work as a senior member in our newly founded loss prevention team.

I have been closely working with police forces up and down the UK and thinking of innovating ways to improve security in our stores for our colleagues and customers.

During my employment at Aldi, I quickly climbed the career ladder and displayed my leadership abilities in store. I would manage around 8-12 employees per shift. As a key holder I was also entrusted with keys to the safe.

• Improved store operations by implementing effective inventory management techniques.
• Leaded by example on delivering excellent customer service as per company's guidelines.
