• Boston Station – £2.8m Redevelopment
  Supervised staged works in a live station, including community café and office fit-outs, ticket office upgrades, heritage restoration, external fabric repairs, and overbridge painting.
  Planned and managed possessions, isolations, and safe systems of work to maintain passenger flow and operational safety.
  Project awarded 1st Place at the 2025 Pride of Boston Awards for architectural quality and community benefit.
• Skegness Station – £3.3m Transformation
  Supported programme delivery and site supervision for concourse reconfiguration, new café/retail facilities, and waiting/toilet upgrades.
  Coordinated stakeholder engagement and compliance activities, adapting delivery in response to a change of principal contractor while maintaining progress and alignment with funding objectives.
• Paddington Square, London – £750k Package
  Delivered back-of-house fit-out works across basements, ground, and first floor levels including toilets, shower/changing facilities, security rooms, and facility manager’s offices.
  Oversaw installation of specialist M&E systems, ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards adjacent to live London Underground operations.
• 18–22 Wigmore Street, London – Bechstein Hall (£30m Redevelopment)
  Supported delivery of a complex mixed-use heritage redevelopment, including a flagship piano showroom, 13 recital rooms, residential apartments, and a 100-seat concert venue.
  Oversaw the external plant deck, encompassing AHUs, CRAC units, chilled water, and AC systems, ensuring critical temperature and humidity control for high-value pianos.
  Maintained asset reliability through strict QHSE practices, commissioning oversight, and operational monitoring, safeguarding sensitive instruments and delivering on stringent client requirements.
