Hybrid Role performing varied duties within differing business areas per requirement:

• Procurement - Working within the Supply Chain team on purchase order creation & management, establishing & maintaining relationships with stakeholders, vendor order book management & invoice reconciliation and KPI reporting.
• Continuous Improvement - Working closely with one supplier on previously implemented business solutions, successfully achieving vastly improved site-wide project agility and effectiveness through root-cause analysis, process optimisation & corrective action.
• Inventory Planning - Daily operational tasks including managing stock replenishment levels via safety stock & min/max, MRP & part status control, metrics reporting, data management, ongoing administration of the PNB COUPA stores catalogue.
• SharePoint Site Manager - Administrator for the PNB Logistics Platform, document library and metadata management, permissions & access control, content version & security control, records retention & governance, liaison with Data Compliance team to ensure Document Management Register updates and ensuring overall Site compliance with the Maritime Services Record Retention Schedule.
• CPA Card Holder - Management of Company American Express account, processing compliant business purchases in line with DOA, budget limits and procurement policy. Maintaining audit trails, statement reconciliation, monitoring spend reports, discrepancy investigation and Audit compliance.

• Initially as Agency staff, leading to full time employment role April 2020. Promoted to Supply Chain Advisor July 2023.
• Extensive use of SAP database for goods issue and receipts, stock taking, stock adjustment + scrap, manual handling, trade counter service, MHE + other tasks as required.

• Parts sales, customer services, maintenance and testing, manual handling + MHE, goods in/out, database entry & clerical.

• Delivery Courier operating within FedEx UK Ltd.

• Assisting drivers unloading vans, cleaning & general maintenance. Part Time

• Programming, running & general maintenance of varied industrial machinery + quality control. Temporary role.

• Trade counter service, goods in/out, tool and component assembly, CNC + precision metal cutting, data entry + clerical.

• Trade counter, phone/email enquiries, customer services, data entry & clerical.
