For over a year I have worked as a part time welder fabricator. I am dedicated and passionate towards welding and would like to commit to doing it full time.

My part time work has been restoring old cars. (cutting out rusted panels, fabricating new panels from sheet metal and Mig welding them into place).

I take great care in my work, and i would love the opportunity to expand my skill set and learn from more experienced welders and fabricators.

• Operated welding tools and equipment safely to minimise error and risk.
• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions.
• Cut and handled metal and associated materials with care to eliminate damage.
• Fabricated new parts/panels to replace old rusted panels
• Repaired various vehicle types with precision and care.
• Maintained exceptionally clean, tidy and safe work environment at all times.

In this role I calibrate a wide range of Pharmaceutical equipment such as, Pipettes, Ultrasonic dismembrators, Balances, pressure gauges, temperature/humidity sensors and more.

Everything done was done to ISO standards and with a high attention to detail.

Calibrated electrical equipment for optimised performance.

Verified flow, pressure and temperature settings against specifications.

• Removed, rebuilt and calibrated fuel injectors for a wide range of vehicles. This could range from small agricultural machines to MAN lorry injectors.
• Removed, rebuilt and calibrated fuel pumps from wide range of machines/vehicles
• Worked with high pressure test equipment to simulate Vehicle fuel pressure. Some Common rail direct fuel injection can be as high as 2,000 Bar.
• Also done more intricate work such as drilling snapped bolts from engines, tapping threads, inserting heli-coils.
