- Aided educational and emotional development in students by creating positive learning environments through an effective and inclusive pastoral programme.
- Oversaw academisation during December 2021. I successfully saw the transition of the school from 9 form entry to 11 form entry as well as the associated building works programme.
- The school witnessed the very first international education visits under my headship. Students from disadvantaged background were privileged to visit MIT in Boston, Hamburg and Berlin in Germany, Arbolar in Spain as well as visit to Himalaya in Nepal.
