I came to Sonder in 2006 having worked as an Auditor for the firm that audited their accounts, I became an assistant accountant and have worked my way up to be the Financial Controller.
I look after all the finance function, Sales invoices and ledger, Debtor Chasing, purchase invoices and ledger, and payment of supplier invoices. Bank reconciliations, Staff expenses, Salaries, Cycle to work scheme, Salary sacrifice for additional holidays, payment of PAYE, Pensions, VAT, BUPA Private Medical Care, P11D's , Hire Purchase, Fixed Asset Register, Accruals and Prepayments, Corporation Tax, Lead Schedules and producing the accounts file for the year end accounts.
I also look after the Pension Scheme Bank account and complete the VAT return.
I worked at Kajul Ltd previously known as Hamlin RPD four days a week and as the business dropped in size I worked just one day a week and the other 4 days I worked at Sonder.
