• Supported customers with technical advice, diagnostics and repairs including root cause analysis and practical solutions to address potential recurring problems
• Completed all outstanding campaigns on Volvo Buses and Coaches in the region and keeping up to date with any new released campaigns whilst minimising downtime and improving reliability of the vehicles
• Collected vital data of repetitive faults, liaised with technical team members and production engineers while assisted with solution projects
• Managed my own work load as well as working times to suit customers' operations and minimize downtime on affected vehicles.
• Planned complex repairs for customers with regards to workshop space, parts availability and vehicle downtime what contributed to additional work for Dealership and gained new customers within the region
• Mentored apprentices and trained new members of staff, supported other Volvo Dealerships with product knowledge and expertise whenever required.
• Managed PDI inspection on all vehicles coming from MCV Bus and Coach production plant whilst keeping constant communication with Volvo Bus UK Product Manager, MCV Production Manager with regards to the vehicles shipment from production plant to UK, and delivery times to final customer
• Updated the Volvo Chassis Factory if repetitive faults found on new vehicles, through PQR and VBoF reporting systems and assisted with root cause analysis and solution
• Trained other technicians to perform Bus PDI within Volvo standards.

• Standby and attend VAS breakdowns 24/7, on week on - week off rotation.
• Attended 100% of assigned breakdowns, and all within required 90minutes ETA
• Completed all roadside repairs within required 4 hrs. time frame on all attended breakdowns where parts readily available
• Liaised continuously with different departments of the dealership to ensure smooth and effective repairs whilst maintaining customers satisfaction
• Ensured that assigned VAS vehicle was fully equipped, mobile clean and presentable at all times.
• Maintained score of 100% breakdown attendance rate in 4 years running
• Assigned VAS vehicle kept to highest standards at all times, with number of compliments from customers and highest scores during FTA audits.
