After experiencing a motorbike accident that prevented me from continuing my previous role, I joined Wasabi as a team member while focusing on my recovery and personal development.
During my time here, I effectively managed my finances, obtained necessary licenses, and used my days off to advance my programming skills.
While working at Wasabi, I have independently developed websites for an electrical company and a showcase portfolio for an Art student, showcasing my ability to design and build functional, user-friendly platforms.
This experience has allowed me to enhance my web development skills while balancing my professional responsibilities.

While working at Wasabi my job is to:

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, securing customer trust.
• Warmly greeting customers and proactively reducing wait times.
• Ensured workplace cleanliness with regular maintenance tasks.
• Displayed teamwork skills to improve overall productivity.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance business reputation.
• Achieving efficient workflow with proper time management.

As a Production Supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output, as well as maintaining heavy machines and fixes when needed.Meanwhile completing my studies in computer programming.
My role required:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Quick decision-making in high-pressure situations, and hands-on technical expertise.
• Improved workplace safety to reduce accidents and near-misses.
• Training new hires and setting up mentoring relationships to drive team performance.
• Working closely with management to manage staff levels and allocate resources for production plans.
• Execute daily production plans successfully meeting project deadlines consistently.
• Supervised activities of workers and enforce safety regulations.

I took a Self-funded Software Development course where I studied and used technologies for software development with a small group of learners while working at Krispy Kreme as a production supervisor.

I have created front-end apps using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript and learned C#, SQL, and ASP.NET.

• Completed assignments, special projects, and group work on time and achieved good marks.
• Communicated with teachers to obtain feedback, applying it to future projects.
• Researched topics outside of class to learn additional information and ask more knowledgeable questions.
• Engaged in continuous self-directed learning to expand knowledge beyond what the school was offering.
