During my time at Brenscombe, I started as a seasonal activity instructor for one season and was promoted to senior for two seasons. I conducted sessions in climbing and abseiling, watersports, bushcraft, high ropes, rifle shooting, archery, orienteering, and problem-solving activities. While being a senior, I liaised with teachers and group leaders and had the opportunity to take on extra responsibilities, such as leading the staff team, conducting session observations and feedback, assisting with staff training, coordinating DofE, conducting kit inspections, and corporate facilitation days.
