The experience I have gained year on year and moving up the ladder with my previous employers have allowed me to flourish at Rubberseal and It has been both a rewarding and humbling experience.
As my first managerial role it allowed me great freedom to express and implement my viewpoints and methods far more effectively than in previous roles.
Rubberseal Ltd being a smaller company with thirteen employees has a fantastic corner of its market and I was grateful to lead the marketing and acquisition side of the business and implement my solutions. This was sometimes difficult due to the smaller size of the business as it was often difficult to maintain workloads due to low staff and budget constraints, however the pressure of this environment allowed me to find new avenues and opportunities for my department.

Angel-Guard is a biotechnology company where I was employed as a trainee IT engineer under the Kickstarter scheme provided by the government in order to progress the skills I learned during my education.
My daily duties included having me study multiple programming and mark-up languages to expand my knowledge of coding as a whole, in turn to be used for future developments within the business.
What became of this was my practical duties where I put my knowledge to use by designing websites and computer programs to both compile and produce data needed for the AI used in the hardware.
My role at Saltire Healthcare was Marketing Advisor, my duties included creating and distributing all marketing material for the company and maintaining all of the social media pages, websites and e-commerce accounts.
At CEIS I was employed to make and distribute the marketing material for the business and also help to maintain the ICT/Admin systems. However, to go into further detail for my role at CEIS Ayrshire, the duties I carried out daily included:
During my time with Webhelp UK, I worked within the Vodafone Business Contract Team. My duties were to advise and maintain the telephone accounts of national businesses. This entailed:
