Answering Helpdesk ticket queries:

  • Providing drawings & DXFs to different category suppliers using Pulse to ensure customers receive what they order. Also, getting programming information required for electrical parts, like software, machine details to insure parts will fit and function without problems once replaced.
  • Liaising with technical & engineering departments to identify correct parts & their codes or their alternatives.
  • Identifying correct, possible and potential suppliers for old and new parts.
  • Credits & Returns - arranging incorrect parts supplied to customer to be returned and making sure credit notes are being issued in a timely manner.

  • Ecost report - ensuring we align with production's costs and vendors. Resourcing parts to different Suppliers to reduce costs. Suggesting MOQs, negotiating bulk purchase deals with Suppliers.
