I am currently working as a Kitchen Porter with one and a half years of experience. My job requires great communication skills and good judgment to meet team needs, which allows me to apply these skills to many different industries.

• Golf, I have recently took up golf as a hobby and a sport that I play with my friends whenever we get together. This is often played in teams of one which gives me opportunities to build my resilience whenever I have to get out of bad positions like bunkers and the woodland areas that surround the course. It also gives me opportunities to work as a team whenever we play in teams of 2 in a scramble as it offers chances for both players to play and end up playing from the best ball that was played which helps with communication and determination not only to beat the other team but also to try play a better ball that your teammate/mates.
• Gym, I've been going to the gym now for around about 1 year and a bit. It has taught me many things that I can use in everyday life. This includes determination, hard work and discipline.

I was invited to the Houses of Parliament for an EEEGR (East of England Energy Group) reception event. This gave me so many opportunities to socialise and communicate with people who had many years in the Energy Industry which allowed me to network and gain lots of extra information.
