As a Manager and Sales Supervisor, I am in charge of monitoring
daily shop operations, managing staff, and ensuring consistent
sales success. I handle customer service and ensure that every
aspect of the company meet high quality and hygiene
requirements. In addition to managing sales and inventory, I
actively participate in food preparation, such as creating pizzas
and other meals as needed, to ensure efficient service and
customer pleasure.

Responsible for delivering orders promptly and safely while
providing excellent customer service. Duties include handling
cash and card transactions accurately, assisting with in-store
tasks such as order preparation and cleaning, maintaining
vehicle cleanliness, and following all road safety regulations.
Ensuring a friendly and timely service to enhance the overall
customer experience.

This is one of the leading tutoring institutions in London, and they
are aiming to expand to the United States. My responsibilities
include establishing a relationship between the teacher and the
student's family, setting up the lesson in a seamless manner, and
maintaining their legal department. I also need to use my
communication skills and marketing skill to handle clients,
develop relationships, and promote the organization so that it
can expand its business in the United States within September
2023.

As an apprentice in the Mechatronics and PLC discipline at the
Tool and Technology Institute at BITAC, I am assisting with the
training of new trainees and expanding my expertise. Mentoring
trainees in the development of their own mechatronics projects
based on their own ideas, and working on ongoing robotics
projects to improve my competence.

In general, the experience at Moon Education taught me the value of tenacity and kindness when working with students from different backgrounds. Being a part of such a committed and helpful community was an honour, and I am appreciative for the chance to have impacted the lives of my students. My approach as an English teacher at Moon Education was student-centred and focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. I am proud of the impact that I was able to make on the lives of my students and am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a dedicated and passionate community of educators.
