I have been working for DHL for 7 years where I have learnt and developed as an DHL leader. I have been in my current role now (sort senior agent) for 4 years where I have had the experience to lead teams in a high pressured environments while maintaining strong operational performance. In recent months I have taken on extra reasonability by stepping up into a supervisor role which has helped me develop key skills to become a more complete leader. I am keen to continue learning and developing within DHL which is why I believe I am ready to take that next step in my career and embrace a greater responsibilities in a permanent leadership role.
