I started as an Administration Assistant, became an Administrator and then the Administration Manager of the department.

I dealt with incoming emails and distributed them or dealt with them as necessary.
Collated and checked incoming purchase orders from social services to ensure they matched the calls provided and gained amendments when needed from Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire Social Services. I also completed private contracts.
