Programme Support Officer

  • Acting as the first point of contact for programme and project enquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Compiling and maintaining programme and project milestones, highlight reports, project plans and project databases
  • Recording, maintaining and reviewing risks, issues, actions and decisions in accordance to the programme and each individual project that build up the programme
  • Arranging and attending meetings including taking and producing minutes, notes and action plans for approval, taking follow up actions as appropriate
