Summary

Dynamic and results-driven retail leader with over 25 years of experience across fashion, beauty, jewellery, and lifestyle sectors. Skilled in driving sales growth through exceptional visual merchandising, inspiring leadership, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams. Having worked across the UK and internationally—from Scotland and London to Hong Kong and Southeast Asia—I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse retail markets.

I relocated to Hong Kong in 2010 at the request of the Global Retail Director to oversee Ted Baker’s stores, strengthening brand presence and supporting expansion across Asia, China, and Japan as an L&D Business Partner.

In 2017, I was headhunted by COS to serve as Area Manager for East Asia, overseeing 13 stores across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. After returning to Scotland in 2020 to be closer to family, I successfully launched & Other Stories’ first Scottish store in St James Quarter and drove regional growth as East Scotland Regional Manager for Pandora Jewellery. I am now seeking an opportunity with an aspirational brand where I can leverage my extensive international experience to deliver world-class customer experiences and continued business growth
