I have worked for moto since leaving 6th form after doing my A levels, I started as a part time customer service assistant in costa coffee back in 2014 and since then have been on various training courses to help develop my knowledge and skills and have worked my way up in the company. I did costa for a few years where I worked up from a customer service assistant to a supervisor. I then took part in moto AIM course which helped develop our skills to then become part of the management team. In 2018 I then got promoted to assistant department manager in WHsmiths then in 2019 I got promoted to department manager which I’m currently still doing. As well as this I manage another unit with in the site West Cornish pasty. I manage a team of 13 staff 1 team leader, I’m in charge of carrying out stock takes every month for WHSmiths and stock takes every week for West Cornish pasty. While doing this it includes processing invoices and waste and looking into stock losses
