Responsible for making payments to clients and keeping comprehensive records in both the property management roles and the Accounts Manager role. This has included using QuickBooks, Stripe and Excel Spreadsheets to make payments regularly.
Experience working within a team and working alone, when working alone I have ensured that I maintain contact with others both within the industry and also with like-minded business people outside of the industry by attending Networking events. This has involved public speaking and producing presentations to present my business to others.
I completed the qualification to become a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2008 and carried out Energy Performance Certificates on all of the properties managed within Shropshire Property Rentals. Since moving to Cornwall, none of my employers have required this qualification, so this has now ceased and a new qualification would be required for this to be reinstated.
