
I am a highly experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner with 10 years' experience. I have leadership roles in the EYFS, reading and safeguarding within a multi-academy trust. I have a strong track record in improving, developing and leading outstanding classroom practice and curriculum design predominantly within the EYFS and also across KS1 and KS2 in reading. I am committed to driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and inspiring colleagues to nurture and improve children learning, development and well-being.
