Throughout my working career, I have always strived for the best outcomes. I have excellent time management skills and I display this by being able to have a positive work life balance.
In work whilst maintaining a professional working attitude, I like to think I am an approachable member of the team. I volunteer within my Trust, as a freedom to speak up champion. To advocate to my colleagues, regardless of their roles, that I am a safe person who can provide, psychological safety should a colleague / member of staff wish to discuss something outside of their usual work place.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We regularly will spend weekends away, to explore different remote areas we would not usual visit during the week.
