I started as an Area Manager looking after 15 branches across the South West. I came part of the first pilot area in Ladbrokes to move from 15 to 30 sites across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, with the responsibility of over 200 staff members. I provided direction and support to Shop Managers, ensuring the delivery of shop business plans aligned to regional/divisional targets and goals. whilst reflecting on local issues.
