Working as a rigger on the skandi inventor for the change out 36"subsea connecter on to a rigid pipeline manifold for client GASSCO in norway, this was the first Time this type of opperation has been carried out subsea. Then back on to decommissioning dredging works for Total on AF offshoe decom ,activities including, launching and recovery multi purpose dredger, grays and cutting machinary.

Demobilization of the skandi acergy i was Banksman off loaded the HLS on to a heavy lift barge and full strip out as company change over.

Description : recovery of 9 christmas tree and 118 concrete mattresses in a team of 5 riggers assisting with the company Claxton for the connecting and disconnection of the trees.

Also assisting with the company Ren Ocean with the grab/umbilical at the depth of 85meter and in the other field 350 meter

Equipment used was mattress frame to position the mattresses on to speed loader frames plied 11 high once recovered and cargo strapped down

Dutys included rigging for subsea on various apparatus, sea fastening, good housekeeping and barriers . Also demobilisation on the quayside.

• Riser recover, Gravel bag deployment and wellhead termination with Halliburton concrete spread.
• Working as 5 squd rigging team . Taking out permits and following procedures and task plans also TBTS. Providing rigging support for deck operations for DOF subsea. Operations cutting and positioning chains for recovery.
• Worked in a 6 man rigging team laying 7 pipes ,sizes 6inch and 9inchs the pipes where 250m in length Fixing continuity cables ,anodes and the termination valves at each end also fixed insulation covers and buoyancy at the required position. Loading cargo on and off the vessels , deploying and retrieving subsea baskets for rov .

• Subsea baskets Decomissiong and recovery with senator cutters cutting pipe.
• Fixed spill poof metal floor with bitchamin to enclose the gaps incase any spillage crude oil and many activities in Banksman and Slinging.
• Concrete mats recovery client CNR international and offloaded at the quayside in Aberdeen

Dredging removal of debre of the sea bed as assisting with the vessel on the heavy lifting needs.

Working as rigger as part of the 2021 TAR project on valero – Pembroke. Providing key assistance to multiple trades from scaffolding, pipe fitters and mechanical fitters. Duties included: replacement of various spools, valves, pumps and exchangers using general rigging methods and crane age. Working with cranes from 50t to 500t, I also had the pleasure of taking part in the successful replacement of both settler (545t) and De-prop (420t) using SARENS SGC 3000.

Working as part of a 5 man rigging team laying cable using twin tensioner system, quadrant doing pull Inns with the tower team and taking part in all rigging/slinging duties on deck.

Taking part in all TBT, also carrying out 14 days load out of cable into carousel at PD PORTS Hartlepool.

Part of a 3-man squad using a mobile cranes and other lifting equipment to install loads.

Removal of spools attached to the heatic using of 10 tone chain blocks,Using 10 tone turfer to pull the heatric to a safe landing area.

Presently functioning on the Race Bank wind farm project on the Havila Phoenix vessel. The project involves laying and trenching subsea export cables utilising one of the world’s largest subsea trenching apparatus the T3200. My daily Rigging responsibilities include using my in-depth rigging experience to ensure that lifting operations on deck involving the T3200 and also out boarding the A frame are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Carrying out pre use checks on lifting equipment prior to use and ensuring SIMOPs are carried out in a safe manner whilst the Winches, A frame,T3200 are in operations.

Working on board the FPSO, duties included rigging and banking of the Sarens 1200t crawler crane. I was also involved in rigging up various size structures, spools, valves and accommodation modules. Other areas of work included working inside the turret winches, sheaves etc. Setting up for pull-ins and various rigging duties on the board the FPSO including managing a team of riggers.

Duties on board included riser and umbilical recovery using (VLS) vertical lay system. Removal of mid water arch, clamps, buoyancy modules, horizontal and vertical anchor clamps. Recovery of various size subsea structures along with other rigging activities on deck.

I was involved in the refurbishment of the Blackford Dolphin drill rig. My duties included changing and renewing valves, pressure pumps and spools. I also worked in the pontoons renewing the ballast pipe work. This involved setting up chain blocks, soft and wire slings and banking of cranes.

Three Week shutdown as a Contracting rigger working on behalf of Siemens on a Database Centre which needed mostly minor lifts, But a few major and complicated lifts including a 15ton water base tank.

I was working as a rope access rigger technician painting and rigging fresh steel up the transporter bridge I worked in a team of technicians prepping and painting the bridge and I was the lead rigger on site working of heights of up to 70meters.

I was working as a rigging rope access technician, my duties included mechanical/ hand preparation and recoat using a 3 coat system by means of rope access including aid climbing, I also safely did lifts of up to 10ton installing beams and platforms at height.

I was working night shifts working as lead rigger and banksman my main duties included taking down and recycling a rig in charge of a team of 6 riggers and 4 banksmen this mainly included working at heights safely removing and banking the removed parts of the rig.
