My first month with Pitch I re-branded their social media pages which included, quote graphics, breaking news graphics, promotional graphics, starting XI graphics, app store graphics and more. This included banners and avatars for relevant social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

My day-to-day with Pitch was posting and scheduling graphics and video clips using Hootsuite, I would cut up long form interviews into 1 minute clips I would research news in both Football and Boxing, creating a graphic and coming up with a caption to post on Instagram and Twitter. Once completing the graphic and composing the post in Hootsuite I would send a screenshot of the caption and graphic to the Head of Creative for confirmation to post.

I worked in a small team with just a Head of Creative, he would give me weekly tasks using a spreadsheet on Excel, this usually included the 'bigger' graphics such as fight-night and match-day graphics for important events in Boxing and Football. We had a WhatsApp group chat where video content would be sent in to, once receiving the content I would cut it down to a shorter length and add overlays with Pitch branding. I worked 7 days a week and made myself available at all times whenever content came in.

In 2021 I created my sports design Instagram page which quickly started gaining a lot of traction leading to multiple opportunities for freelance graphic design. I’ve created match day designs, social media posts and many more. I have worked with clients in the Bundesliga and Premiership Rugby, I have also worked with individual sports players creating graphics for their announcements for their new teams. Over this time I have gained experience creating graphics for multiple different sports such as Football, Boxing, Rugby, Tennis, Formula 1 and more.

My job within the company was a full time apprentice as an IT engineer, I would make CAD designs for the engineers in the factory, as well as include the instructions for how to build the CAD products. After designing the parts in CAD I would compile them all into a Microsoft Excel Sheet for the engineers downstairs. Throughout the day I helped all areas of the business by doing jobs around the factory such as packing the product and adapted out of the office environment I was employed within and endeavored into the practical side.

Duties Included:

• Creating CAD drawings for the engineers down in the factory.

• Creating Microsoft Excel documents for the engineers to follow.

• Calculating the hours worked by engineers using Microsoft Excel.

Duties included:

• Supporting primary-aged children in use of ICT during their lessons

• Attending multi-agency meetings regarding curriculum, cyber safety and network updates

• Updating and developing school website with news articles and information for parents

• Installing new software onto the laptops to meet curriculum requirements

• Assessing and rectifying issues with school network
