Summary

I am a newly qualified nurse who is looking for more experience in healthcare and improve my skill. I have a good grasp of nursing protocols and positioning in healthcare. I am focused on growing clinical knowledge and building positive relationships. I have experience in acute and non acute care. I am a very hard worker, i always strive to provide the best care and support to patients and other healthcare professionals. I work great in a team, but can also work independently. During all my placements I have witnessed what not to do in healthcare and people not taking accountability for their actions and therefore facing disciplinary action. Witnessing these actions has allowed me to learn from their mistakes and make sure I am competent and take accountability. If I am not competent enough to complete a task, I always make sure I ask for support to prevent harm to others. To this trust, I will bring determination, compassion and my willingness to learn and improve my skills as my career grows. I am up to date on professional issues regarding healthcare and make sure that I use evidence-based practice everywhere.
