As an associate, my role is to assist with the daily running of the company by taking responsibility for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers. To embody customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintain a clean and organised store environment alongside colleagues, while adhering to all operational merchandise and loss prevention standards.

My role required resolving customer complaints quickly, restoring trust in customer service quality. Displaying great teamwork by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely preparation of orders reducing wait times for customers. I worked in the kitchen, preparing fried chicken, burgers, and fries to fulfil customer orders. At the same time, supporting store goals by maximising sales opportunities and providing great quality service.
