Having served as a Lead Operator for the past nine years. Developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while consistently delivering high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Committed to continuous professional development, having achieved Distinctions in Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 Team Leader and Supervisor qualifications, alongside EAL Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing, Train-the-Trainer certification, Food Hygiene qualification, and NVQ Level 2 in Mathematics and English, completed the Experience Leadership Development Programme and numerous company training courses.

In my current role, I regularly act as Standing Supervisor, taking full responsibility for supervisory duties in the Supervisor's absence, including managing production systems, performance reporting, orders, and operational decision-making. I am recognised as a loyal, reliable, and proactive team member who builds positive working relationships across all departments.
