VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP

Additional to my current role I am also part of the social team, arranging our team away day., For this I selected a venue for our budget, organized a coach to take those who would have difficulty travelling to the event location, sent invites to the team, and created a table plan along with designing place cards to fit the theme of the day., I have kept a line of communication with the event staff at the venue and the team to update on dietary requirements, event details and location, as well as the timings of the day so the staff can effectively plan their day., I have designed all of the event details, the theming of the day, table colour schemes, layout and place cards for all staff members, along with additional details such as team building games and activities., This is something I have really enjoyed doing and having the freedom to create an event for the team to come together after a tough year.
