The purpose of the position was to be the regional or divisional focal point for SHEQ best practice, providing advice, guidance and support to the Regional Managers.
To drive continuous improvement and endure all activities are undertaken in full compliance with relevant legislation, guidance, ACOPs, certified systems and Policies and Procedures. The main change to the previous role now incorporated providing advice on environmental and health and safety legislation, pollution prevention and regulatory legal positions and other matters as necessary to the business and attend relevant regulatory meetings. I successfully undertook the IEMA Associate training course to aid my knowledge in this area.

I have always been an active and outgoing person and had a keen interest in all kinds of sports. I have a passion for football, more watching these days than playing. In terms of extra curricular activities I spend most of my time with my two boys and enjoying watching them develop their own unique personalities and support them with their hobbies.
