I am proficient in office software, including Word and Excel and recently learning how to use the Xero software. I enjoy and relish learning to use new software and keeping up to date with the new releases of Word and Excel.


In my previous role as a School Secretary, I developed strong communication between parents/guardians and school staff, and streamlined administrative processes including text alerts and website updates.
