I am a passionate rugby player and Kingswood who loves being a part of a team and always giving 100% with a great work ethic and a positive friendly attitude, learning new skills on and off the pitch and always supporting others to play/work they're best,
on the flip side. I also am a Coach for Kingswood Ladies and have been for nearly a year now helping players improve, build confidence and most importantly enjoy the game while focusing on team work and getting the best out of everyone including myself.
on top of this, I keep active in my spare time in the gym when I am not working, training, playing or coaching I am working on my fitness, strength and discipline and always trying to better myself as an individual.
